Miramonte is a community in Apex that is conveniently located close to US-1. Miramonte is a community that consists of townhomes and single-family homes.  Miramonte features facilities that accommodates a diverse resident population with amenities including a pool, tennis court, and toddler playground.

Miramonte is a community with a homeowner’s association.  The Association acts through its Board of Directors which consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and an At-Large member.  The board consists of volunteers that are current homeowners in the community.  They are elected on staggered election cycles to ensure knowledge transfer.

Homeowners' Right to Initiate Mediation


Pursuant to N.C.G.S § 7A-38.3f, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute
with the association; however, the association may decline mediation. Any costs of mediation, including the
mediator’s fees, shall be shared equally by the parties. (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member’s failure to
timely pay an association assessment or any fines or fees association with the levying or collection of an association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
