When are the assessment fees due? The association assessment fees are due on the first of every month. Pay your assessment fees online by simply logging in and paying them on this website!
Who do I call if there is an emergency? Emergencies situations include fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage. During business hours, contact our office at 919-878-8787. For after-hours emergencies, call 919-878-8787 x 234 and leave a detailed message for the on-call manager with your community name, phone number and extent of damage. A staff member will contact as soon as possible.
