Our Services
Talis Management Group is a full-service property management firm specializing in Community Association Management for condominiums, townhomes, homeowners, and property owner associations. Talis has over 210 combined years in professional management experience, ensuring our clients have the experience they need to maintain and improve the quality of their Association. We provide management services for over 140 Associations, supporting over 30,000 residents throughout the Triangle area. We are 1 of only 130 nationally Accredited Association Management Companies (AAMC) throughout the United States. Talis is also a member in good standing with Community Associations Institute (CAI) and American Community Association Management (ACAM). As a leader and educator in the field of Association Management, we stand ready to assist you in preserving, protecting, and enhancing the value of your community.

Our management philosophy is based on the "Team" concept. Our teams are composed of a Community Manager, Community Service Administrator, and a Financial Manager. To learn more about our management teams click here.
